Can I get samples of your Plantation Shutters, Wood Blinds, or Vertical Wood Blinds?

Yes. Samples of our shutters and blinds are available from our online store. Samples consist of 2 to 3-inch pieces of louvers and slats which show the quality materials and workmanship that go into our products. Samples are available in all colors and stains.

Sample panels of our Plantation Shutters are also available. These sample panels are fully functioning shutters. Sizes vary among our different product lines, but they are all roughly 12” x 18” and mounted to either a Z or an L frame. We also offer sample frames; visit our online store to learn more.

Can I visit your showroom?

Maintaining a physical showroom is expensive; our web site is a virtual showroom containing descriptions and photos of all of our products. This allows us to keep our prices down.

Shutter Classic is a web-based company, which sells its products worldwide. Our administrative office is in Arlington, VA. All of our wood shutters are built in North America; PolyCore shutters are constructed in North America and Taiwan.

If you would prefer to see our products before making a purchase, please consider ordering color samples or product samples online.

Can I get a catalog or product brochure?

Our web site contains extensive information on all of our products, so print catalogs or sales brochures are not available.

Do you have sales agents outside the United States?

We ship shutters and blinds directly to customers in the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Japan, and all parts of Asia rather than using outside sales agents.

Can you measure or install my Plantation Shutters, Wood Blinds, or Vertical Wood Blinds?

Shutter Classic doesn’t offer measuring or installation services at this time.

Preparing for and installing shutters and blinds is fairly easy. If you’re comfortable using a measuring tape and screwdriver, you could measure your windows, place your order, and install your shutters or blinds without any help. If you prefer not to perform the installation yourself, a local handyman should be able to quickly measure for and install your shutters and blinds.
