Limitations:

• Minimum size is 9” wide by 12” high.
• Maximum size is 96” wide by 120” high.  You can do wider windows by mounting two or more wood blinds in the same window and covering them with a “common valance” (free option).  See Wood Blinds over Wide Windows for details.
• Two-on-One headrail minimum size is 18” wide by 12” high and maximum size is 96” wide by 120” high.
• Three-on-One headrail minimum size is 21” wide by 12” high and maximum size is 96” wide by 120” high.

Detailed Specifications:

• Inside mount wood blinds will have 1/4” deducted from both sides for clearance (1/2” total).  No deduction for outside mount window blinds.
• Standard Outside Valance:  3-1/4” face (3-1/2” for flat valance), 1/2” thick, miter cut and glued 2-3/4” returns (inside measurement).
• Standard Inside Valance:  3-1/4” face (3-1/2” for flat valance), 1/2” thick, 1/8” less than window width for clearance.
• Mechanical Specifications:
  • All mechanisms enclosed inside the headrail for a clean look and protection.
  • Headrail is 2” by 2 1/4”.  It is cut the same width as the slats. 
  • Made from treated and painted steel to resist corrosion.
  • Tiltbar:  Solid steel with zinc coating.
